Prize Draw Terms & Conditions

  1. The Prize Draw is specific to an event where ASME has / or will be exhibiting.
  2. The Prize Draw winner will be selected at random from all entries received for each event. There shall be one prize winner.
  3. The prize will be a copy of “Understanding Medical Education” or a copy of “Researching Medical Education” worth around £50 each.
  4. Only one entry into the Prize Draw is permitted per person.
  5. To be eligible for the Prize Draw entrants must:
    • Have attended (physically or virtually) the exhibition that they have chosen
    • Be subscribed to ASME emails
    • be 18 or over; and
    • not be an employee of ASME
  6. Winners of the prize will be contacted within 1 week of the Prize Draw. If any winner cannot be contacted after reasonable attempts have been made, ASME reserves its right to select another winner. Winners have 14 days to respond and confirm their prize acceptance. If no response is received ASME will select a replacement winner.
  7. All prizes are non-transferable and there is no cash alternative.
  8. By entering the Prize Draw each entrant accepts to be bound by these terms and conditions.
  9. ASME reserves the right to:
    • refuse to award the prize to anyone in breach of these terms and conditions
    • postpone, void, cancel, suspend, or amend the Prize Draw at any time; and
    • amend these terms and conditions at any time, including changing or substituting the prize.
