ASME’s Technology Enhanced Learning (TEL) Special Interest Group (SIG) is looking to recruit a new Chair. The previous Chair, Prof Kevin Brandom has taken up the role of Director of Membership on the ASME Board of Directors and as per our Articles of Association Kevin can no longer be Chair of an ASME SIG whilst on the Board.
We are therefore seeking applications from those interested in undertaking the role of Chair and lead the SIG over the next 3 years. A full role description can be found here.

The deadline for applications is 9am Monday 12th September after which applications will be reviewed by the TEL Committee and the successful applicant will be informed via email.
About TEL
TEL is a hugely important part of medical education. Formed in 2012 the TEL SIG came together to provide a forum for sharing best practice and fostering collaboration. It was designed to bring together medical educators who use TEL in their teaching, TEL specialists who develop and shape TEL practice within their organisations, or at a national level, and researchers fo TEL.
