Medicine still grapples with systemic biases that disadvantage women at every level of training from subtle micro aggressions to overt harassment meaning medical students and healthcare professionals often face significant hurdles in the careers.

 

This episode explores the impact of sexism and misogyny on learners and some of the excellent work being done to tackle this issue.
