Published abstracts from our postponed Annual Scholarship Meeting 2020

  Congratulations to all our abstract authors from the postponed ASM 2020 “Disrupting Medical Education” in getting their work published in a special supplement of the October edition of The Clinical Teacher (TCT).  As we reported in our June newsletter, ASME made the decision to publish all the accepted abstracts in the supplement even though the conference was postponed.  It was important that all the hard work from not only the authors and researchers, but the abstract reviewers had not gone to waste and was recognised. All the abstracts are compiled under the relevant theme within the supplement.  It includes all accepted abstracts for prestigious presentations, oral presentations, short communications and e-posters.  Not only that, but a first for ASME and possibly for any conference proceedings, the video abstracts have also been incorporated into the TCT supplement.  As this is an online journal, just click on the relevant abstract and the video...

The ASME Board introduced a new award in 2020 - the Board Award, to extend and complement the existing awards offered to our members.
