All best endeavours will be made to present the programme as detailed. However, the course organisers and the organising committee and its agents reserve the right to alter or cancel without prior notice, any of the arrangements, timetables, plans or other items relating directly or indirectly to the meeting, for any cause beyond its reasonable control.
The course organisers and the organising committee and its agents are not liable for any loss or inconvenience caused as a result of such alteration.
Delegates are strongly advised to take out comprehensive travel insurance to cover personal possessions as the course does not cover individuals against cancellation of bookings or theft or damage to belongings.
DLHE Registration fee includes: attendance at the 4 day residential course (3 full days and 2 half days), 4 nights’ accommodation, all meals, refreshments and course materials
Travel is not included in the conference cost
Cancellation policy for registration
Cancellation must be received in writing to receive a refund of registration fees as follows:
by Up until 5pm, Monday 20th February 2023– amount paid less 25% administration fee
by Up until 5pm, Monday 17th April 2023– amount paid less 50% fee
After 5pm, Monday 17th April 2023– No refund
These cancellation terms will be strictly adhered to. The above cancellation terms also apply in the event of non-attendance.
Cancellation by ASME
If, due to unforeseen circumstances, ASME are required to cancel the course for 2023, we will endeavour to inform registered delegates as soon as the decision is made. In this situation we would offer the following
Deferment to the DLHE 2024 course (dates in May 2024 tbc) with no additional charge
OR
A full refund (Payment will be refunded within one month of your request for a refund)
By agreeing to the above terms and conditions you have formed a commitment to attend the DLHE Course which can only be cancelled by the deadline outlined above.
Deferment of DLHE 2023 place
Deferment must be received in writing to receive authorisation
If you choose to defer your DLHE 2023 place to 2024 you will incur a 10% fee before 5pm, Monday 20th February 2023 and a 25% admin fee thereafter up until the DLHE 2023 dates (15th-19th May 2023).
