However, the course organisers and the organising committee and its agents reserve the right to alter or cancel without prior notice, any of the arrangements, timetables, plans or other items relating directly or indirectly to the meeting, for any cause beyond its reasonable control.

The course organisers and the organising committee and its agents are not liable for any loss or inconvenience caused as a result of such alteration.

Delegates are strongly advised to take out comprehensive travel insurance to cover personal possessions as the course does not cover individuals against cancellation of bookings or theft or damage to belongings.

ASME ERC Writint Retrear Registration fee includes: 2 nights accommodation, all meals, and writing retreat activities.
