SAve the date 1

Come & join our in-person ‘Show & TEL’ practice-sharing event on Tues 9th April 2024 at Leicester Medical School.  Hosted by the TEL SIG, the event will offer an informal and friendly opportunity for educators to demonstrate and discuss digital learning initiatives and resources they have developed or are developing. Come and be part of the discussion and shape scholarship and practice in this area. Registration is open now!

Demos at this event are going to include: Generative AI in assessment creation; AI in Virtual Patient simulation-based learning; Branching scenarios using low tech; Gamification in basic sciences; different applications of VR/AR in clinical education; novel blended learning programme design, and more.

This one-day event will bring together medical educators to share practical digital education initiatives from across the medical education spectrum. It is an opportunity to gain insight from the experience of fellow educators and TEL specialists, and to demonstrate your innovations and experiences in this area. In a time of rapid technological change and pressure to increase the number of NHS healthcare professionals, educators are looking to digital solutions to help and, therefore, upskilling, sharing knowledge, and developing scholarship is more crucial than ever.

Certificates of attendance will be provided for all attendees
