January Mindfulness Drop-In Session

This session will be held on the 26th January 2023, 6.00-6.30pm.

These 30-minute drop-in sessions are designed to introduce participants to a range of mindfulness practices they may find helpful in their everyday lives, at work and at home; practices that may help reduce stress and develop an improved sense of well-being.

The sessions are open to everyone, with or without prior experience of mindfulness meditation. Non-ASME members are also welcome to attend.

All sessions will involve a meditation practice or two as well as some time for discussion and questions.

The session will be led by Vidarshi Karunaratne, Co-Chair of MiME.
