2023 Delegate Testimonials …
“Undoubtedly a pivotal experience in my management and leadership learning.”
“An insightful course that brings together educational leaders from across the country to give them the time and space to reflect on how they lead teams. A fascinating insight into the world of healthcare leadership through an exploration of theory and practice from many fields. I would particularly recommend for those who are relatively new to leadership positions and looking to understand more about the ways in which teams function and leaders can facilitate change and effectiveness.”
“Attending this course reassured me that I am not alone with the personal challenges I face in developing my leadership skills and planning my next career steps. The opportunity to discuss this with others and take the reflective space away from the daily demands of work was invaluable. It has kickstarted a period of deeper reflection about my career trajectory for which I am very grateful.” “I really enjoyed the course. I thought I was coming to learn about myself but actually learned so much more about the make up of a team, communication with your opposite type and change making. I have already used some of the techniques.
