Aim

The course aim is to facilitate participants to lead and manage healthcare education organisations more effectively.

Objectives

3. Personal effectiveness, including awareness of self and others
4. Leading and managing change
5. Personal and guided reflection
6. Strategic development/management
7. Introduction to leadership literature

The course will provide an opportunity to network/share ideas.  It will also be fun!

Activities

Monday – leadership concepts and challenges in healthcare education

Tuesday – understanding yourself as a leader

Wednesday – leading teams, organisations and systems

Thursday – leading strategically and setting direction

Friday – leadership development, coaching and mentoring

Fees

The course fee is AUD $2,465 for ASME/ANZAME members and AUD$2,900 for non members.  This fee includes all course materials, accommodation and meals.
