09:00	Problem solving Group work using the step back model, groups of six, 40-minute sessions for each member 10 minutes - presentation of problem   5 minutes - clarifying questions 15 minutes - goldfish bowl discussion by group 10 minutes - summary and synthesis by presenter

11:20	Problem solving
12:00	Whither MMC?  Dr Mary Armitage, Senior Advisor, MMC Team

14:00	Whither MMC? Small and large group discussion and idea generation
