ASME Golden Jubilee 24 Hour Conference: Global Medical Education: a special role for Europe?
18-19 October 2007 The O'Reilly Hall & Health Sciences Complex, University College Dublin, Ireland

We are delighted to offer exhibition space to commercial bodies and academic institutions. This conference will be an ideal opportunity for exhibitors to engage with a variety of participants from around the globe. We anticipate in the region of 200 delegates at this particular conference. •  Commercial exhibitors: 3m x 3m space, with 1 table and 2 chairs
• Not-for-profit organisations: 2m x 2m space with 1 table and poster board
• Medical and other schools/departments: 2m x 2m with 1 table and poster board

Location of Exhibits

All the exhibits will be located in the O'Reilly Hall, which will host all plenary lectures and all refreshment breaks and lunch on both the 18th & 19th October. This area will be open to conference participants for the duration of the event thus guaranteeing maximum exposure for exhibitors.

Exhibition Opening Times:

Thursday 18th October 10am - 12 noon build-up
Thursday 18th October 12.30pm - 5pm exhibition open
Friday 19th October 8.30am - 4pm exhibition open
Friday 19th October 4.30pm tear-down
