Aim

The course aim is to allow participants to better deliver professional and organisational objectives in healthcare education.

Objectives

The course will allow participants to more effectively meet the challenges facing leaders in healthcare education by improving:

  1. Building or interpreting vision(s) and set direction
  2. Team leading. These tasks include: building; motivation; leading through change; develop resilience; confronting poor performance; delivering results
  3. Personal effectiveness including awareness of self and others, and avoiding coming off the rails
  4. Change management
  5. Finding time to reflect

The course will also:

  1. Provide an opportunity to network/share ideas
  2. Be fun
